Anti-Winding Twin-Shaft Mixer
Twin-shaft mixing for shredded waste, designed to reduce tangling and keep discharge steady for downstream pumping or co-processingAnti-winding twin-shaft mixers are designed for solid waste processing lines where shredded material can wrap around moving parts and clump during mixing. They blend the crusher output into a more even mix, and they can also take liquid or semi-solid additions when the recipe calls for it. Continuous, even discharge keeps the material more consistent for pumping and for the next step, including incineration. The anti-winding design uses two parallel shafts rotating in opposite directions, with blade or paddle combinations that keep material moving and help break up clumps. Thanks to the anti-winding design, there's less wrap-around and build-up, so the mixers run smoother and the discharge stays more stable.

Main Components
Features
- The mixing chamber has a cylindrical shape that helps keep material moving without dead zones, supporting more uniform mixing.
- A hydraulic discharge valve is installed at the outlet, and the opening can be adjusted to control the discharge rate.
- A continuous level sensor can be added when needed to monitor the material level and keep a buffer space inside during operation, which adds an extra safety margin.
- The mixing shafts have a special sealing design that resists oil and acid/alkali conditions, helping prevent leakage.
