Kuangyuan was officially registered on January 5, 2004.

The workshop moved to Woniu Industrial Park, with about 2,000 m² of production space.

Projects for Jiangmen Guanhua and Lianyungang Xinneng marked entry into the sludge disposal sector. A Jining Chenguang project also opened work in tar sludge residue applications.

The first “Kuangyuan” cone-valve pump was commissioned and ran successfully in operation.

A project for Dongguan Texwinca (textile and garment) expanded applications into dyeing/printing sludges.

A project for an East Hope cement plant supported entry into cement kiln co-processing applications.

The workshop relocated to Dapeng Industrial Park, expanding to about 9,000 m². A coal slurry system project was delivered for a Linhuan 30 MW unit (cone-valve pump). Products were supplied to markets including Taiwan and Belarus.

Projects in Fujian (Longlin) and Henan (Yuzhou) supported entry into hazardous and industrial solid waste applications. A Nanjing ENN project also included a large sludge silo build, with a footprint of about 500 m².

The company's name was officially changed to Xuzhou Kuangyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. An Anhui subsidiary was also set up, and land was purchased for a new plant. In the same year, commissioning was completed for a high-capacity backfill pump project for Hubei Xingfa, described as the largest displacement project in Asia.

Recognized as a Xuzhou Enterprise Technology Research Center. Signed a key R&D plan contract with the Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau. Completed customs registration for import/export operations. Obtained ISO 14001:2016 Environmental Management System certification.

Received the “Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy Enterprise” certificate. Recognized as a Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise. Granted municipal-level Enterprise Technology Center status.

Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Jiangsu “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” SME. Listed as a Jiangsu key-promoted new technology/new product. Recognized under national standards for environmental equipment manufacturing. Became an Enterprise Engineering Technology Center recognized by the Xuzhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau.

On January 5, 2024, Kuangyuan marked its 20th anniversary.
